Seine eigene St?rken und Schw?chen einzusch?tzen bedarf ehrlich zu sich selber zu sein und wirklich nur das als St?rke mitzunehmen, wo ich dann auch ein gutes Gefühl dabei habe. Ein "überschriftenwissen" eignet sich hier nicht. Hilfreich ist eine Beobachtung von anderen Moderatoren, die ein neutrales Feedback geben k?nnen und dies im Austausch mit der eigenen Reflexion.

Etwas das mir immer wieder hilft, ist von anderen zu lernen und wie andere Coaches, Moderatoren o.?. ?hnliches l?sen. Ich schaue mir dazu gerne auch vieles an und versuche für Neues offen zu sein und all das aufzunehmen, was auch für mich und "meinen Stil" bzw. "Weg" passt. Denn nicht alles passt für jeden und wenn man seine eigene Authentizit?t verliert, wirkt dies meines Erachtens eher schw?chend. Zum Schluss ist dann natürlich wichtig, das von anderen Gelernte in die Praxis umzusetzen und zu üben, üben, üben.

Die pers?nliche Weiterentwicklung braucht immer wieder neue Impulse, die erst ins eigene "Programm-Setup" übersetzt und angepasst werden müssen. Dazu bedarf es einer intensiven übungsphase, die auch erlaubt Fehler zu machen und daraus Muster zu lernen, wie damit umzugehen ist. Diesen Punkt halte ich für den wichtigsten, denn wenn wir das neu erlernte für uns passend anwenden wollen braucht es die übung und die Experimentierm?glichkeit in einer Simulation aber auch in der realen Praxis. Denn hier ist der Lerneffekte auch am wirksamsten
