I do agree with the monitoring based, this because sometimes good communicators are mostly likely slipped out from the radar that may lead to many consequences. In reality, we need a good PR with great strategic mindset not because to raise the best decision, but need to ensure the business affairs run smoothly without any sudden hiccups. We need to do the pre & post assessment in order to rebuild the reputations. Expertises did mentioned that, bad publicity is a good publicity, but we should not practice this for most of the times, instead we must be well-executed to evaluate the best corporate practices & restore the branding.
