Said you are an European travel company or airline, in order to have strong recalled your brand relate to the destination, you may consider to work with foreign influencers that stayed or work in Bangkok; get them share their day to day go-to as a way to give your audience a taste of local flavor but with a sense of familiarisation.

At the end of the day, we as humans want to provide value to others that is truly appreciated and relevant. So, the most important truth you need to find about yourself is: what do you actually really really want? What do you believe in? What do you enjoy doing, how do you like to share? Who is your tribe? Who do you resonate with and truly know. Yes, you should share value and solve problems for your audience but you MUST connect with your audience and speak in terms related to their pain points and their emotions. People follow people they like and relate to and if you want people to relate to you, you must relate to them and speak to them as your tribe, not your prospective customer.

Brand connect/stand-out happens only when the product connects to a personal/unique sentiment of the user, I would suggest having a good amount of user surveys done before launching campaigns to understand the user perspective of your brand/company, this would give ideas to create content and select the category of influencers who would help you stand-out or connect better in campaigns.

IMO, a key to success in influencer marketing is articulating a distinct value proposition. This concise statement encapsulates what makes you unique and why your audience should engage with you. Emphasize your special offerings, benefits, and what sets you apart. For instance, "I provide time-saving beauty tips for working professionals, enhancing their confidence effortlessly." Ensure it's clear, impactful, and utilize it as a compass for content creation and brand messaging.

Your value proposition should be framed from a perspective that is NOT about you being the focus. Use your expertise and your skills as suggestions to help them in their journey. Remember, you are the guide, they are the hero.

Collaboration is where you truly add value. If you are a lawyer, collaborate with a CPA because tax and legal combined create more value for your audience. Collaborate with other influencers that address the concerns of your audience. This requires listening to your audience and making sure the exchange of ideas during collaboration meets the audience needs!

If you’re paying for the influencer partnership, treat the creator like a professional! Give them a brand induction, brief them professionally, collaborate on concepts and encourage their creativity. Planning content with them will help them arrive at a shoot schedule that is feasible for both parties instead of letting them shoot in the dark. If you aim to take a commercially judicious approach, engage with their content (without using sales-speak) so your authentic brand personality resonates with the creator’s fans. Use every surface on the platform such as: - The comments section - Reposting their updates on stories - Saving content to story highlights - Collabs TLDR; Collaborate creatively instead of hijacking their profile

It sounds silly but try to focus on being genuine and authentic. Often this is simply sharing content and documenting your day to day instead is overproducing content and overthinking it. People are drawn to individuals who are true to themselves and don't try to be someone they're not. It's all about being real and connecting with your audience on a personal level. Keep being enchanting and let your true self shine through! ???

Be a sponge. It is simple but true. Keep listening to others, learn and test things. Try to combine your gut feel with data insights to make decisions that take into consideration both. I do not believe that every decision has to be purely data-driven, but to just rely on (biased) gut feel might also not be the right way to success.

Standing out needs personality. We are in an age where information is abundant. I believe you have to talk about how that particular information has impacted your life. Then people will connect with you. Add your personal story to that information and you might stand out.
