Well its very difficult to stay positive at this type of situation, but if someone comes with a positive attitude in this situation then that person can achieve anything for himself. If the current organisation is not taking the right decision for him then it's better to explore and take steps to move forward. Because positivity will make you successful and will help you to come from a bad situations.
