3 Make a decision

The final step is to make a decision that works best for you. You may decide to stay in your current role and make some adjustments, or you may decide to leave and pursue a new direction. En mi caso personal, lo que me está funcionando es realizar post en LinkedIn sobre diferentes temas de RSC (y otros asuntos relacionados como los ODS y al agenda 2030). Está siendo un camino super interesante donde, al documentarme para cada artículo, estoy aprendiendo nuevos conceptos y nuevas estrategias.

Algo también muy importante para seguir aprendiendo y creciendo, además de documentarse, es escuchar a los demás. A veces, de una simple conversación con un compa?ero o compa?era, podemos extraer grandes ideas para evolucionar y volver a sentir pasión por ese tema que se nos había atragantado.
