Determinada tecnologia pode até ser a queridinha do momento dos profissionais de comunica??o, mas só fará sentido na sua estratégia se realmente contribuir de forma consistente com os resultados.

Adote um framework básico de quatro etapas para pavimentar qualquer mudan?a significativa, incluindo a ado??o de novas tecnologias. Primeiro, explore. Qual o problema que preciso resolver? Qual tecnologia resolveria esse problema? Segundo, desenhe a solu??o e as ferramentas que vai usar. Terceiro, implante. E quarto, avalie! Nessas quatro fases, todas as partes interessadas e atingidas pela tecnologia devem ser ouvidas e participar de todo processo. Volte fases se achar que a tecnologia adotada n?o resolveu o problema. Ou defina um novo problema. Enfim, como diz o ditado: quando vc só tem um martelo, todo problema é prego. Só que na área tecnológica tem um mundo de ferramentas a sua disposi??o. Basta usar com responsabilidade!
