What do you do if your organization resists change in ERP innovation?

If you are facing resistance to an ERP innovation, develop a change management plan or consult one that's already been done. Sometimes this evaluation and the change management plan is done using a "Phase 0" assessment which should be done not only before the ERP project begins but before the ERP software has been selected. This change management plan should have some survey instruments to assess the readiness for the change and the sources of resistance before the project, during the project, and after go-live! Once the users understand the "why" of the change and the "what" will happen during the course of the project, the resistance will fade. Plus there needs to be some assurance that the objective isn't to eliminate their job!

To save the project put some time defining and creating the Internal Journey MAP, Understand the pain points, Create the GAP Analysis and then Create the ROI and explain the respective benefits to your Employees. The Point No. 3 Employees will start putting resignations, then have an Aduit done for the previous years before releasing them, and then you see your project is going to give the results expected. Support the Vendor and his initiatives as well.
