Collaboration is key to project success. Any team or group that works in a silo will not succeed. People need to understand the impact of a change. If there is a misunderstanding of any kind, there will not be project success. If one team's output does not match another's expected input, due to a lack of communication, then it will result in unnecessary waste time. People may not like meetings or documentation, but without it, there is rework, technical debt and unplanned issues. Situations such as misunderstanding of requirements results in technical debt and uncommunicated back end system security changes take enormous amounts of project time to debug. No one likes extra meetings or documentation, but in the long run, it is worth it.

En primer lugar hay que decir que cuando tenemos la sensación de que nuestra empresa necesita cambios es porque hemos detectado carencias, o bien nos hemos fijado en cómo lo hacen otros. Incorporar analistas de negocios para que hagan realidad esos cambios no es fácil. Tenemos que romper varias barreras. Una de ellas es comprender una mejora es un cambio a mejor y ahí entra la fatídica palabra "cambio" y la resistencia a este en muchos de los actores que harán falta para que esa mejora se produzca. Otra barrera es entender que un analista de negocios tiene un coste en recursos económicos y en tiempo. Hay que estar dispuestos a pagar ese coste por una contraprestación de un guión teórico y su implementación. Una vez asumido esto, Adelante!

Embora saibamos disso, as pesquisas s?o enfaticas em destacar que a taxa de sucesso em mudan?as organizacionais s?o baixas, em especial, por subestimarmos a necessidade do apoio de especialistas e o investimento intencional da organiza??o na sustenta??o do lado humano da mudan?a.
