One thing I've found helpful is to maintain a risk register that includes some kind of weighted scoring system. This helps the team to keep track of the risks and prioritize them based on their impact. The team can also list possible mitigation strategies. It's intended to be a living document that helps the team stay on top of all potential risks.

Existe un modelo teórico para gestionar los cambios los cuales debemos tomar en cuenta para evaluar el impacto de esos cambios: Modelo ADKAR 1.- Awareness (Conciencia): Comunicar la razón del Cambio. 2.- Desire (Deseo): Empoderar y comprometer individuos. . 3.- Knowledge (Conocimiento): Capacitarse y compartir con el resto. 4.- Ability (Habilidad): Identificar las barreras y administrarlas con agilidad. 5.- Reinforcement (Refuerzo): Mantener la Alerta.

I can plan knowing what I do at the time, however, if there are resource difficulties or whatever, then you need to reschedule your timeline and ensure you communicate any changes, and, as far is practical communicate that to the business. Basic premise of significant IT Change, is that sh*t happens. Most people can accept that as long as they know and can plan around it. A very relevant subject for me at the moment. I could have picked more than one choice on the list to be honest, but reschedule and communicate are the biggest factors for me. Personal opinion.
