El aprendizaje no se detiene, pero tampoco debe ser una obsesión. Hoy en día uno tiene acceso a infinidad de medios, no sólo los educativos tradicionales, el autodidacta que sea buen investigador puede seguir aprendiendo sin límite alguno, excepto el saber siempre la importancia de la experiencia, que colabora también en como se aprende con justo criterio y balance, sin sobrecargas innecesarias.

You don't need to become a marketing guru in weeks, it's much more important to get a grip on the basics: communication, productivity, focus, as they make everything easier to navigate for you and the people you work with. Become an excellent communicator with books like "The first minute" by Chris Fenning, make most of your time with productivity hacks with books like "Feel Good Productivity" by Ali Abdaal, or explore how exemplary new starters at Google or Amazon started their career like Anne Hiatt in "Bet on yourself". All helpful to give you a head start.
