What do you do if your manufacturing team is disengaged and morale is low?

What I experienced till now ?,To address low morale and disengagement within a manufacturing team, team manager should consider implementing strategies such as employee well-being initiatives, leadership training, team-building activities, regular check-ins, career development opportunities, empowerment and autonomy, performance feedback and coaching, workload assessment, recognition of efforts, and cultural assessment and improvement.
