Em um momento de estagna??o como o que foi apontado, principalmente no quesito de gest?o, se faz necessário a abertura de um leque com mentores e/ou black belt, trazendo uma bagagem agregadora de conhecimento, aonde é possível identificar uma mudan?a simples, porém resolutivo, em algum fluxo do qual, no presente momento, esse “gargalo” n?o é possível identificá-lo; além, claro, a utiliza??o de novas ferramentas gerenciais, como por exemplo 6 sigma, onde grandes nomes desse setor, utilizam diariamente como forma de parametros para crescimento empresarial.
