You need to master the art of explaining a situation as if you were talking to a non technical person, a layman or a 5 year old. Tell a story vs presenting too many facts. Pictures and videos also help to share your point if the developers and you share different languages.

Instead of saying "the login feature doesn't work," provide detailed steps to reproduce the issue, what the expected result was, and how it deviated from that expectation. For example, what environment the test was conduct in, what region the test machine was located in, whether an automation tool was used, etc. Test as many different possibilities and configurations to narrow down the scope of issue. The more information you provide, the stronger your case is and developers also have a clearer picture to work with.
