Notice that the issue at hand is not the specific question being posed, but rather how we respond to it. Since I've worked on so many events over the years, my team and I are now able to recognize when something goes wrong and work to make Just In Time adjustments to the current plan while carrying it out. It's the same as when we make a bad turn and then attempt to detour in order to eventually get at the correct path.

We receive a great deal of information during the event from various sources, and we must comprehend and record all of this information. Knowing all that is going on around us allows us to make minor adjustments and allow the event to unfold in an unguarded way. It is important to be able to measure and evaluate the inputs that are being received in order to distinguish those that are accurate and good from those that are not.
