Looking back, I shoulda… We all do it, but do we do it right? We would call it a hot wash, debrief, or after action report in my time in the Air Force. I like to use paper and pen - actually write down what I could’ve done better. Then I make it talking points. The time we used was often longer than the actual mission we accomplished sometimes but we all got stronger because of it.

El buen liderazgo va en poco tu equipo afronte los problemas y como se aproveche los mejores momentos. A mi me ha resultado útil poder entender la necesidad de cada área y entender las necesidades de cada persona. En realidad en los equipos muy grandes tenemos líderes por áreas que deberían tomarse el tiempo de entender la visión del negocio y cómo llegar a aportar en esos aspectos. Un ejemplo que he visto es como los jefes dejan a sus equipos solos sin apoyo y si los objetivos no se cumplen fue problema de ellos y es con quienes toman las acciones, esta práctica de jefe no es correcta, en el camino solo líderes que proyectan a sus equipos.
