One thing I've found helpful is just as the text mentioned that to improve your EI is to embrace EI as a lifelong journey, and not a one-time fix. It is a dynamic skill that you can learn, practice, and improve . So do not expect to master EI overnight, or to achieve perfection. Instead, you should adopt a growth mindset, and be open to learning, experimenting, and adapting.
