My thoughts.... Networking is the best way to "learn & share" faster than any other methodology. No need to invent or discover everything by ourselves, there is always a BIG opportunity to replicate the best practices followed somewhere (of course, copy the lessons learned as well) Another best ways to update in any field is by creating Mentoring relationships.

Apart from everything else that is mentioned above one of the most important skills from a Lean Leadership point is coaching.
