Eu buscaria entender em cima de quais competências foram feitas a avalia??o, especificamente em cima de quais conceitos de defini??o dessas competências, porque com essa delimita??o haveria uma redu??o de uma interpreta??o subjetiva por parte da lideran?a, afinal a competência tem que ter o olhar determinado para ser analisado. Eu perguntaria também qual o grau de exigência para cada uma das competência em rela??o ao meu cargo, afinal uma mesma competência n?o deve ser avaliada em um mesmo nível para todos os cargos. Dessa forma, teria clareza de como o processo foi realizado e se de fato houve coerência e imparcialidade na análise.
