Be ready to adjust as needed to the changing circumstances. To get past the "what", dive in to understand fully the "why", the context, the evidence, the rationale. Then, look for the opportunities, for growth, for avenues and insight for constructive and more permanent change. Realize that change for change sake is not always positive or constructive, so ensure that "this change" will be. Individuals must adapt to grow and thrive, so too must organizations, so spend time on the strategy needed for meaningful change and maintain culture/community building efforts and programs all the while
