Brainstorming , design sprints or design reviews , Q&A session , hackathons on the topic are all forms of feedback and very helpful for different phases of the innovation cycle. hackathons are great starters while design reviews are better for later phases. be helpful in sessions you attend on your peers innovations so you will fill comfortable to invite them.

Feedback is a culture. many forms -hackathons - meetings -Design review -planning session -Brainstorm -Design thinking session -Peer review if team members are active on peers meetings and there is a culture to share feedback those forms can really drive innovation. it should be a very clear objective of the management to invest time in feedback and make sure it is clear to all levels. another cultural thing is how honest and professional is the feedback and how actionable it is. i was in places that feedback had a very clear form with multiple questions and suggestions that were mandatory
