It needs a lot of self reflection to realize, that you do not meet the needs of the group. You need to understand, what does not work and where and how you can improve yourself, if you want to work on yourself.

Knowledge is online everywhere , but to find a course, with the required skills you need, you definetely have to do deep reserach, read the references and ask, if they do it. There are different international programs, you can attend.

If my Facilitation Skills do not match the Industry, I will change my approach & Strategy. Based on Train-the-Trainer, I will go with the concept of Facilitate-the-Facilitator. This involves steps like: 1] Identify a few Subject Matter Experts from the Manufacturing Unit. 2] Conduct a TTT with them on how to Facilitate. 3] Now, whenever I am conducting a session, these SMEs will be my Group Leaders or Asst. Facilitators. 4] The session will be conducted in collaboration and the most important skills I would have to adhere to are: Observation Questioning Listening Empathy Consensus building. 5] And during the process both of us, the SME & myself are learning from each other, getting better results from the larger group. Goal Achieved :-)
