Este contexto impulsa a tomar decisiones, proceso de adaptación e identificar oportunidades permanentemente. En Retail, en particular en consumo masivo de alimentos, el e-commerce impulsó cambios y la pandemia sólo aceleró la transformación del proceso, impactando hábitos de consumo y al mismo tiempo en la sostenibilidad de las empresas, un equilibrio desde mi punto de vista aun sin resolver y con espacio para explorar tecnologías y nuevos modelos de negocio.

Consider the body language you use and the micro expressions. Answering a question strongly then shifting around in your seat sets off alarm bells. There are many other tells as well. Practice answering questions filming yourself.

In a way, this should add credibility to your executive presence, in another way, this should support your preparation putting you in ‘always ready’ mode. Reading, writing and reflecting in audio or video too are ways to support your learning, development and presence as an inspiring voice in your industry. All should work in your favor appearing with confidence in your next executive interview.

To be taken seriously it is essential to 1- explain why these trends are relevant 2- provide evidence of your experience in managing at least last one trend eg digital transformation 3 - explain the lesson learned in the process
