Si el personal esta desconectado del proceso de toma de decisiones, existen aspectos relevantes que deben identificarse y abordarse con prioridad: Es importante saber en que áreas, niveles, donde se encuentran los trabajadores que están desconectados y realizar una escucha continua para obtener comentarios directamente en tiempo real y abordar el tema antes que se convierta en un problema real en otras áreas. Considerar a las personas antes de los procesos ayuda a comprender como se puede obtener un mayor compromiso, productividad y motivación por parte de los trabajadores. Here's where open lines of communication come into play. During every team meeting, I encouraged my team to talk about the things we could be doing to run more smoothly and efficiently. I made sure they knew they were in a safe space to share their concerns/ideas and present ways to solve these problems, reasonably and within parameters. Inclusivity can go a long way in fostering great team morale, as employees have the opportunity to be heard, respected, and valued. Diversity of thought and seeking reasonable solutions from your team can go a very long way.

Existen varios factores que provocan esa desconexión, desde temas relacionados a liderazgo hasta situaciones de actitud del empleado; En lo personal, me enfoco en lo que como líder puedo hacer por ellos, porque "si no pueden, les ayudo; si no saben, les ense?o; pero si no quieren, no hay nada que hacer". Tomando en consideración lo anterior, primero identifico que es lo que provoca que la persona se sienta desconectado del proceso de toma de decisiones y en función de eso, actuo!!!
