Often times when implementing new technology in a school you'll have pushback. Understanding they why will help you address the needs and concerns. In the past, I found that one group of teachers were upset because they were overwhelmed thinking they would need to recreate all their materials. I showed them how they could import their current materials and add the interactive features of the new software with a few clicks. Once they saw that it wasn't adding hours of work but increasing student engagement they were willing to try and excited to explore.

Uma boa recomenda??o é o mapeamento dos processos e entendimento de como as coisas funcionam. Já tive experiências em que mapear como as áreas atuam diante de um processo (AS IS) , facilitou o entendimento do "TO BE" - na perspectiva de quais necessidades a área A ou B entende "ser" o ideal, para ent?o, promover uma colabora??o que chegássemos no "Should be" , ou seja, visando os interesses da "empresa" e "cliente", focando no que de fato deveria ser atendido. Este exemplo evitou conflitos na implementa??o de um projeto de tecnologia educacional.
