Integrating technology in education got a fillip during pandemic. In any case educational institutions can ill afford not to integrate technology effectively. ICT in education has been a concept for long to explore and use computers to impact better decision making and scale up learning. In the contemporary world institutions which are struggling can integrate technology in the following manner:- - Should be convinced and share amongst employees about need and impact - Assess needs and gaps - Key functionaries should survey the technological environment - Plan training internally and externally - Incentivise learning - Provide resources and necessary support - Leaders must lead by example - Students and parents be incorporated
