What do you do if your digital strategy organization lacks a culture of feedback?

Creating a culture of feedback starts with transparency. Leaders should lead by example, sharing constructive feedback openly and encouraging others to do the same. Transparency about goals, challenges, and feedback processes helps build trust. Introduce regular feedback sessions where team members can share insights and learn from each other. This environment promotes a growth mindset, where feedback is seen as an opportunity for development rather than criticism.

Involve all stakeholders in the implementation of the project: allies strategy; Define identifiable milestones; Ensure everyone has clearly understood their role; Share information; Encourage feedback; Build KPIs that are understandable by everyone.
