What tells you your decision making lacks effectiveness? Make sure you separate the results from making decisions. Outcomes don’t always point to bad decision making. They might but it’s good to assess correctly. Of course honest assessment is good but what if you’re viewpoint alone doesn’t tell the whole story.? Get other opinions& if the case is poor decision, what do you want to be different about YOU in decision making?
