From my experience, in a single case, we can make hundreds of decisions, and the right decision is determined only if it's associated with strategic thinking. To improve our strategic thinking, all we need to do is see the bigger picture and have a longer vision of the organizational goals. Once you are clear on that, you could align your decisions with organizational goals, and that would definitely help you take the right decisions that are based on strategic thinking.
