What do you do if your Data Mining team has skill gaps that need addressing?

Leaders need to foster a psychologically safe environment for questions, promote collaboration, and recognize contributions outside of solo work. Collaboration is easier when there are social aspects—team-building events, friendly competition, and celebrating wins together will go a long way. Collaborating with marketing, sales, or product teams allows your data mining team to understand different business problems, learn how those teams think, and adapt their analysis accordingly.
