I try to keep my relationships with my suppliers up to date with new technologies by first assessing their specific needs and the challenges we face, and then looking for technological solutions that will allow us to improve the efficiency of our operations. I research technologies applicable to our workflow, perform proof-of-concepts with the solutions to assess their ability to integrate with our systems, and we move to a gradual implementation into our workflow. Minimizing risk of interruptions in our operations, and making our team adapt to the changes in an effective way, to having training sessions to ensure that everyone understands how to use the tools effectively. For last monitor the performance of the technologies implemented.
