Most cybersecurity projects fail NOT because of technological limitation but for people. Solving people problem is hard. But using the evidence of a problem for gaining something is NOT hard. - Make sure you CYA - Make sure you have someone else to point to - See if you can get "rid" of the problem people (fair warning: it is nearly impossible in most mid-large companies) - Use the failure to come up with some random project and pitch it as a solution --> Get promoted
