Me resulta útil decir 2 cosas. Primeramente al llegar a esta etapa hablamos de dos tipos de presupuesto. El presupuesto de contrato y el presupuesto real de obra. (Generalmente se le quita un factor de sobre costo) ejemplo 1.25 entonces quiere decir que la obra la tendremos que hacer con un 75% del monto total y a partir de ahí ya se puede empezar hablar de reportes internos y chats de supervisión. La otra área que corresponde al control de estimaciones, esa se basa en el cobro de contrato. Pero generalmente los patrones se van al costo directo que es lo que les va a dar la rentabilidad
