Conviene recordar que cuando se llega a una entrevista como esa, es porque la cualificación se da por supuesta, no hay que demostrarla. Enfocarse en uno mismo, en las propias sensaciones, como lo haría si se estuviera a solas, permite fluir con la situación para alcanzar la inspiración de la creatividad. Se trata de un ejercicio de serenidad, de abstracción de la tensión de la entrevista, de confianza en la propia capacidad y permitirse conectar con ella. La seguridad en uno mismo será clave, pero no conviene impostarla, en una seguridad extrínseca pero no intrínseca, falseando la percepción sobre uno mismo; es mucho más sostenible la honestidad.

Com a maturidade existe a tendência de ser mais objetivo mas, o fundamental é também estar mais solto, se deprendendo dos problemas!
