A mi me ha resultado útil hablar con mi superior respecto a que las ideas deben ser valoradas y no robadas y para esto es importante que tengas evidencia de que la idea generada es tuya, en ocasiones el trabajo en equipo hace ver que todos son due?os de la idea, pero la honestidad y sobre todo platicarlo con tu superior te pone en una posición donde tus comentarios son muy muy importantes.

Un ejemplo que he visto que funciona es generar evidencia, no tiene que ser una presentación sofisticada, muchas veces lo tienes en una libreta que usas a diario y la idea va tomando forma conforme transcurre el tiempo, por eso la importancia de tener un registro personal.

I joined a company where the finance department don’t have an accounting software to make data capturing and report easy and seamless. It was a whole lot of manual time consuming process. I discussed the effectiveness of an accounting package with my team head and I made it a compulsory discuss everyday by mentioning the advantages we would have. Overtime, he agreed we should scout for good softwares individually and see which is better. Finally we settled for one and presented our case to the board and it was approved.
