In startup world everything changes. Fast. I've started three different startups since exiting corporate life over a decade ago. I also spent a number of years as a business advisor at Virgin StartUp. My advice is, don't get bogged down in overly detailed business plans at the very start of your startup journey. Instead focus on a one-page business plan to gauge feasibility - focus on a few things. Firstly, what you're going to sell - and to whom. Secondly, what are you going to charge, and how you'll get paid. Thirdly, how will people find out about what you're selling. You can also brainstorm potential challenges that you'll encounter - before you encounter them! So sales, pricing and marketing strategies basically.
