Let me clarify something here, if you have a project planning well structured and developed based on EPC method, the actual critical path will clearly show you every priority in its time frame. to reach a stage where we have multiple priorities, it is usually caused by a mix of poor planning and client variations not properly attended. I would start by re-avaluating my master planning and accordingly assess every delay within it. the mitigated program received , will show me the realistic completion date and eventually flag any possible acceleration. Most importantly we will have a delay analysis to submit to our client which will be the base of our claim for EOT.

I would like to mention that the risks should be defined in the beginning of the project through risk registers, with mitigation per each risk. In case of any risk might happen later, to be ready and have the action plan to face it.
