Quando registra, sua mente aprende também sobre a sua capacidade de fazer, de confrontar as dúvidas e até de realizar.

For key decisions, you need to identify your stakeholders. They will be in different roles, at different levels in the organization and can provide different perspectives. In order to make a decision, determine who amongst them should be an advisor to you. Include them in your decision making process in an advisory role but remember to ask them first. I also recommend explaining the expectations of an advisor. When you are ready to make decision/ have made a decision, communicate to the advisors with a brief description of your rationale. You will not be able to follow the advice of all stakeholders. The point is to have some diversity and, inevitably, their advice will therefore differ, at least some of the time.

Se no planejamento desenhou bem o propósito, as expectativas das entregas e assim o que determinou de fazer. Neste momento do planejamento registrou uma linha do tempo e estabeleceu as metas de fazer. No meio do caminho, poderá avaliar se OK ou se precisará realizar dire??es do trabalho. Se tiver FEEDBACK no meio do processo, lembre-se o momento de escutar, escute. Valide com o planejamento e as metas. Ent?o fa?a em forma de pílulas e certifique que houve entendimento de cada parte. Avance sem ansiedade de terminar. Entenda primeiro que a mensagem chegou e foi entendida.
