Most people are not evil; they are just unaware of the effect of their actions. If necessary, bring it all to HR or leadership. Maintain professionalism throughout, even if the other person will not. Focus inward. We cannot control other people. We can only control our own thoughts and feelings about the situation and our reactions. Overall, make choices you will be proud of later.
