Desarrollar la empatía es fundamental si queremos construir feedback, escucha activa tanto para recibir feedback como para darlo, y en esto, suele pecar la mayoría de personas. Incluso la comunicación (estilo, tono, etc...) es importantísimo para aportar un FB porque estas 3 características determinarán un correcto funcionamiento y entendimiento

El gran olvidado, desde que estamos en la escuela hasta que nos adentramos al mundo laboral. El refuerzo positivo está demostrado que ayuda a mejorar el rendimiento, ?Por qué?, simplemente porque a todos nos gustan que nos valoren (pirámide de necesidades de Maslow), y es una muestra de cari?o, admiración, atención y por tanto de valoración. Da refuerzo positivo! de forma bien utilizada (porque el exceso de ello puede cambiar el resultado) aumentara la satisfacción y rendimiento

Una de las mejores prácticas es dedicar a reflexionar juntos a un tema, me parece brutal esta idea y se pueden realizar dinámicas muy interesantes. Esto nos ayudará a mejorar la cooperación, la atención, la iniciativa, la escucha, la empatía, el sentido de equipo, etc... Dinámicas como "TARGET propuesto, reflexión de X minuto-X min de preguntas y cambiar los roles", puede beneficiar al éxito como equipo
