What do you do if your client relations intern is struggling with their responsibilities?

In some cases performance issues can be attributed to outside influences. Things occurring outside of the parameters of the workplace. Make the effort to identify your Intern. One of the first steps I would take is to lighten the individuals workload. Give them space to collect themselves and remind them this is their training. So mistakes as an intern are an integral part of their growth and success.

Determine the specific areas where the intern is struggling. 1-Provide clear expectations: Offer guidance and support: Provide mentorship, training, and additional resources to help the intern improve. 2-Set realistic goals:* Establish achievable goals for the intern, breaking down larger tasks into smaller steps. 3-Provide regular feedback: Offer constructive feedback to identify areas for improvement and acknowledge progress. 4-Foster a supportive environment: Create a positive and encouraging work environment where the intern feels comfortable asking for assistance. 5-Consider additional training: If needed, explore additional training options or workshops to enhance the intern's skills.
