Hay que hacer programas frecuentes de formación, actualización tanto en materia técnica como en materias horizontales: legales, fiscales, administrativas en general y de promoción. El cliente necesita propuestas integrales.

Show genuine interest and concern for their success. Problem-Solving Skills: Clients often turn to consultants to help solve complex problems. Strengthen your problem-solving skills by practicing analytical thinking, creativity, and resourcefulness.

Learning is crucial, but practicing is critical. It would be best if you put whatever you have learned into action. If you don't, what are all these struggles to learn for? Ask for help, and be bold and make mistakes. You can learn if you make mistakes.

Be open to feedback but not to critical or offensive feedback. Ask for feedback regularly, and don't be afraid of being judged. Sometimes, being judged is preferable to making costly mistakes. So, work on your EI (emotional intelligence) and inner power to be ready for anything that comes your way.
