Our remote work is hybrid in nature with 2 days in office and 3 days work from home. But the company atmosphere so great in sense that most of the social activities and team lunch and learn are organised to support mental and physical well being of the employees. Most of Engineers in our team have a normal habit of lunch walk with our colleagues around the office being in the good and serene environment. So I believe in person interaction is a good way to support work life balance and mental wellbeing of the employees.
