Hay que tomar consciencia de cómo nos sentimos, para eso es muy importante conocernos. Nuestros pensamientos son los creadores de nuestra realidad, por eso necesario hacer introspección sobre el tema. El fracaso es una emoción puesta por nosotros mismos, nuestros patrones limitantes y creencias. El fracaso no es más que un miedo a no conseguir o no dar la talla en algo impuesto por nosotros. Hay que romper esas barreras del miedo, pensar que el fracaso es muy importante en nuestra evolución porque es el equivalente al aprendizaje.

Al tomar consciencia sobre esto, analizamos el por qué hemos fracasado. Posiblemente no sea un fracaso, simplemente no era nuestro camino o no hemos hecho lo suficiente. El fracaso es una palabra que cada persona le puede dar una definición distinta y lo puede ver de una perspectiva distinta. Cuando he temido al fracaso, ha sido siempre porque no me he visto lo suficiente para ello. Por miedos, valores erróneos, etc. Hay que romper con todo ello y lanzarse, todos estamos capacitados para todo lo que nos propongamos.

Lo más bonito de todo este aprendizaje, es el orgullo que sientes por ti mismo y te valoras cómo nunca. Yo he sido una persona siempre que me he machacado mucho, nunca veía que hacía lo suficiente y estaba sin dormir, sin descansar, sin poder disfrutar de nada porque no veía el trabajo constante, al no tener resultados. Realmente, tenía una trayectoria de evolución fascinante y con mucho esfuerzo tanto físico cómo mental. A día de hoy puedo decir que me siento muy orgullosa de mí y de todo lo que he logrado y aún tengo que lograr. Pero ahora voy sin mochilas, sin nada que me pueda hacer caer. Sólo mi seguridad y mi determinación.

Hablar del fracaso contigo mismo y con los demás no te hace débil, es que realmente, nada te hace débil. No hay nada mejor que poder exteriorizarlo de una manera tan natural, que poco a poco, se va desvaneciendo toda esa negatividad contigo mismo. Hay que aceptar las situaciones y las emociones, y si no te gustan, hay que trabajar para cambiarlas, pero aceptando el momento que estamos viviendo en cada momento.
