What do you do if your CAD team is struggling to meet deadlines?

In my experience, the three main problems that can be causing delays in a CAD team are: 1 - Compatibility differences: whether due to software versions or files saved in different extensions, compatibility is a headache for every CAD professional. 2 - Unexpected modifications: check if your team suffers from requested modifications while the project is already in progress and if you are able to handle these modifications. This is one of the main reasons for delays. 3 - Ineffective initial briefing: if your team fails to formulate a well-defined objective and lacks solid instructions from the beginning, the work may be affected by this lack of initial knowledge.
