I am going to go counter on this ...by stating you don't live to work but you work to live. Now sometimes work does come with stress well being is important but also the ability to deal with stress shows character and resilience. The greatest generation had all the things to deal with and just hunkerd down and got through it...I find that enduring stress situations and resolving them with your colleagues/friends leads to that character building and also dare I say it to manage the next round better and thus be not stressed at all. Fail! Fail! And then fail again. Give yourself that privlege. Now you are feeling it in your gut, it's going to feel like that regrettable decision to munch on a four-day-old burrito from the back of the fridge – stomach cramps, red-faced embarrassment, and a pounding headache. In short, it's not going to be pleasant. It's not fun. You do have choices, some are dark; but that's not a story anyone wants to hear and doesn't really lead anywhere. The other choice is far more interesting; it's the one everyone wants to hear and you want to show the world. That is the story of getting back up and trying again. That is what resilience is, my fellow snowflake. Failure is just a detour on the road to success, go ahead, eat that nasty burrito.

Find what is required esp. any Training on Technology & on any skill set is required etc to cop up the needs of the hour . 3) PIP can be , also a reflection along with HR support system . 4)Weekly review viz a viz for certain period of time to recover from this challenge until thing gets improved .
