For example, in the construction of a G+4 building, after the design phase, the client needs approximate quantities to procure the materials. Once the materials are procured, the client needs execution drawings of the footings, as site work starts based on these drawings. It is the coordinator's responsibility to have the drawings of the plinth beam and slab ready. When plinth reinforcements are to be tied on-site, the drawings of the slab and beam should be ready simultaneously. Nowadays, labor is very costly, and any delay in providing drawings can cause significant trouble.
