As hard as it is, you will feel better when you do. I'd like to tell you that it's fixed after that. In reality, if the organization isn't ready to deal with it, you may have to decide to leave. Should you find yourself in this situation, chose the ethical side. As always mentioned, do your research before accepting an offer; pay attention to the red flags. And remember, the truth always comes out. No matter how much social engineering is manipulated to abuse power, it catches up. And when it does, be sure to be on the ethical side!
