As example, if you are intending to use GenAI to assist with migrating from a heritage/OPH warehouse to Cloud, it doesn't make sense to start by describing the LLM you intend to use or the compute that is needed. You will make more sense to your leaders by describing the need to effectively document the use cases and the data flows, and that there are AI-based tools that can help do this faster and more cheaply.
