There are times when we consider that our boss is showing favouritism towards someone even though he/she is not doing. So first think about it and discuss it with other colleagues to find its reality. If it's present and you think that you are getting less opportunity due to the favouritism then you should take some actions. First talk to your boss and prove by your previous project /statistics why you deserve this opportunity instead of comparing yourself with other. There are times when your boss will not hear then improve yourself day by day and work in more efficient way one day he/she will understand your potential instead of complaining and choosing wrong paths. Because good thing take time so you have to be patient. :)
