Expressing dissatisfaction over unbiased evaluations lead to no where unless you have credible evidence to support your contest. Past data trends and evaluations are equally important while discussing the present evaluation data. Evaluators may be wrong in their approach or procedures. Your are the best judge of your performance and it’s associated documentation. Not necessarily, every data is directly proportional. There are chances where comparative data is affected indirectly due to a variable or there could be inverse relationship. You need to bring the data in a shape where you could convince the evaluator to review his/her remarks and it should be a rational data with logical coherence. Things don’t change on subjective feelings.
